Causes of Anxiety
Sometimes it seems as if the smallest events can be the causes of anxiety. Maybe a bill collector calls you or your car starts making a funny sound. Your body and mind can react in similar ways, regardless of the cause. These are the common causes of anxiety that most people experience and these feelings are quite normal.
